During an unlikely encounter, Pastor Kingston Carter and Sinclair cross paths. To the Pastor, it was love at first sight. To Sinclair, it was another man to get in her way. Pastor Carter could have any women he wants as he is handsome, successful and a Man of God but he sets on a pursuit to make Sinclair his first lady.

Author Desiree Future does a great job of telling this Christian fiction story of love and triumph. Each of the characters were developed to the point you just wanted to jump in the book and grab both of them to make them get together. I have shed plenty of tears while reading this book because all of us, at one time or another, block our blessings that God have bestowed upon us whether it is with a mate, careers, or family.
